THANK YOU:

A special thank you to all who participated in the fund raising for our needy families this Christmas Season.  Because of your generosity, we were able to give each of our families a bit extra on their food vouchers with the food hampers.  Thanks to your response we felt it easier to give 26 families, with 49 children under 12 (68 total) the assistance to make their Christmas more enjoyable. We particularly want to thank the School and Staff of Western Quebec, St. Aloysius Campus Children and Staff, St. Columban Mission, The Canadian Legion and you our parishioners for your generous response.  Thanks, also to all those who helped make the hampers and deliver them.

Nancy Grenier, Chairperson, St. Al’s Charitable Fund

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

We would like to thank all the parishioners that attended our Annual General Meeting December 4th and all the volunteers that helped in the preparation.  We would like to welcome Glenn Harvey to the board as the Repair and Maintenance warden and thank you to Shannon Lortie for accepting to stay on board for a second term as Public Relation warden.  We would also like to thank our departing warden Joe McCarthy for his hard work, support and dedication during his two terms of service.
